We are looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Tech & Change team. The role is based in our Walsall office, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
This role offers a salary of £28,000 - £38,000, along with a colleague bonus, 6% matched pension and access to our colleague discount platform.
As the Tech & Change Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping the department operate effectively. You’ll provide high‑quality administrative and operational support to leaders and teams, helping us deliver on our mission to drive growth, value and exceptional customer experiences across HomeServe.
This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same, from coordinating diaries and meetings to improving processes, preparing documentation, supporting governance, and being a dependable point of contact for colleagues and partners.

- Providing professional, confidential and proactive administrative support across the department.
- Preparing, collating and quality‑checking reports, meeting papers, minutes and documentation.
- Supporting governance processes, including scheduling meetings, tracking actions and maintaining documentation.
- Coordinating travel, expenses and approvals for the Executive and senior leadership team.
- Managing diaries, inboxes and key workflows for the Executive, ensuring efficiency and prioritisation.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Supporting departmental events, activities, team engagement and people‑related processes (including CPD, CBT and annual reviews).
- Contributing to improved ways of working through better organisation, coordination and automation.
- Helping to maintain a safe, organised and well‑governed working environment.
