CustomerFirst is the natural extension of our People Promises. It’s there to help People go over and above for our Customers when they see the need. It gives everyone a way to do the right thing.

Our eCards are a simple but effective way to say thank you, or to recognise one of your colleagues one of your colleagues for living our People Promises.

Long Service Awards

We give out Long Service Awards every five years - so the longer you stay with us, the more awards you’ll receive!

Shooting STAR’s

If you’ve done something great, your manager can award you with a Shooting STAR which includes a voucher to be used at your favourite shops.

Shining STAR awards

HomeServe’s most prestigious awards are our Shining STARs. We give all our People the chance to nominate a colleague who has gone above and beyond for their teammates or our customers, then celebrate the lucky winners.
