HomeServe will use the information you provide in order to help us process your application and assess your suitability for the role you have applied for.

If you are successful in your application, the information will also be used to carry out relevant pre-employment checks.

If you are unsuccessful in your application, details of your application including any personal information will be retained for a period of 6 months. After this period, we will contact you to let you know we will be deleting your data, unless you provide us with consent to keep it to check your suitability for future opportunities and to notify you of them. If you would prefer us not to store your information for future opportunities, please let us know during the application process or you can contact us at [email protected].
