RPA Developer/Manager – Hybrid Role

Join our dynamic Business Improvement and Assurance team as a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer/Manager. We’re seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Microsoft Power Automate (or other RPA platforms) to drive automation and process improvement initiatives.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work 3 days remotely and 2 days in one of our offices in Walsall, Preston, or Nottingham. Please ensure you consider your commute before applying.

 You’ll play a key role in streamlining business processes and enhancing efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of automation processes that improve business efficiency and output consistency, in collaboration with business and process owners.
• Develop and maintain RPA workflows, scripts, and bots using Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, and other automation tools.
• Monitor live automations, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the planning, deployment, and support of automation solutions, addressing any issues that arise.
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and generative AI technologies.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience with RPA platforms (Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism).
• Strong track record of implementing automation solutions that deliver measurable business benefits.
• In-depth understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to design efficient automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data and build compelling business cases for automation initiatives.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in coding and developing more complex automation scripts.
• Experience with process testing, debugging, and optimization.
