At HomeServe, our contractor network is at the heart of delivering outstanding service to our customers every day. We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Supply Chain Manager to join our Service Operations team and play a pivotal role in developing, strengthening and optimising our nationwide supply chain.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Service Operations, you'll be responsible for managing contractor relationships across multiple trades, ensuring we maintain the right capacity, capability and quality standards to support both current and future business needs.

What You'll Be Doing
As Supply Chain Manager, you will:
- Deliver the HomeServe Supply Chain Strategy, ensuring a robust and scalable contractor network.
- Identify, attract and onboard new contractors to strengthen network capacity and capability.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high quality contractors to meet changing business demands.
- Work closely with Area Service Managers to develop regional capacity plans and allocate work effectively.
- Act as the key relationship manager during contractor selection, onboarding and induction, ensuring a smooth transition into operational delivery.
- Lead commercial negotiations, agreeing rates and contractual terms while ensuring accurate system and contract documentation.
- Conduct cost audits, benchmarking exercises and spend analysis to identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost savings.
- Support contractor performance management through regular review meetings, improvement plans and operational performance monitoring.
- Analyse performance data and business intelligence to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, contractor engagement and customer satisfaction.
