Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails relating to payments and account queries
- Support customers with missed payments, offering practical and non-judgmental solutions
- Clearly explain payment options, next steps, and responsibilities
- Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and work in line with industry regulations
- Contribute positively to the team and deliver a great customer experience
Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
