About The Role

HomeServe is looking for a Head of Quality Assurance & Customer Outcomes to join our Product & Quality team. 
 
We are working a hybrid way, remotely with travel into our Walsall office when required. 
 
Salary is highly competitive with £7,000 cash/car allowance, 15% bonus, Private Medical, 6% matched pension. 
 
The role will have accountability for the Quality Function, ensuring Quality Standards are set, measured and communicated whilst being responsible for;
 
  • Ensuring first line monitoring activities are fully compliant with regulations and business standards whilst delivering Good Customer outcomes in line with Conduct Risk appetite.
  • Ensuring that a culture of quality is embedded within the business supporting a continual improvement in Customer outcomes and Experience. This includes working collaboratively with the Service Operations Leadership Teams and other key stakeholders across the business to identify and support the delivery of quality improvement strategies.
  • Work in line with our policy, ensure the principle of Treating Customers Fairly and Conduct Risk appetite is an intrinsic part of the organisation’s culture by identifying, monitoring and managing thematic issues and risks within the business.

  • Developing the Customer Outcomes function in to a key control which will give assurance, monitor and inform the business of Customer outcomes throughout a Customers Lifecyle including as a result of business change initiatives.  This includes working with the business to identify and drive initiatives to further improve the Customer Experience and outcomes for our Customers
