£150,000 – £170,000 base + 40% bonus + 10% matched pension + family private medical + car or £10,000 cash allowance

This is a Board‑facing leadership role, lining in to the CEO, with full accountability for financial strategy, performance, and funding. You’ll play a critical role in scaling a regulated lending business — ensuring we have the financial discipline, insight, and capital structure to grow sustainably.

What you’ll deliver

• Set and lead the financial strategy aligned to growth and risk appetite
• Partner the CEO and Board on key commercial and strategic decisions
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and performance management
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and audit readiness
• Lead the funding strategy, including structuring debt facilities

What we’re looking for

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Significant senior finance leadership experience, ideally in regulated or consumer finance
• Strong track record in funding strategy, capital management, and financial control
• Ability to operate at Board level and influence senior stakeholders
• A pragmatic, hands‑on leader who can build high‑performing teams
